Adam was born and raised in Lincoln, NE and is a graduate of Lincoln Southeast High School and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Briar Cliff University in 2022. Growing up, he enjoyed participating in baseball, basketball, cross country, and track. 

As a physical therapist, he is passionate about empowering individuals to overcome their current injury or condition and fully return to their work, sport, or recreational activities without limitation. His dedication to health and fitness help motivate him to encourage his patients in their own specific lifestyle goals. Adam enjoys developing a strong relationship with his patients and has learned greatly from everyone that he has had the opportunity to get to know and help with their rehabilitation. He has experience in outpatient orthopedic, sports, inpatient acute care, and occupational health settings and is actively pursuing further education in specialization of orthopedics, BFR training, and dry needling. 

Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as staying active by playing basketball, weightlifting, and running. He also likes to stay up to date on superhero movies and watch sports, especially Husker athletics and Denver Broncos football.
