Originally from Lincoln, Allison studied occupational therapy at the University of Kansas before moving to New York City.

In 2003, she received her Board Certification in Hand Therapy and, as a certified hand therapist, she has worked at several private practice clinics in Manhattan and Brooklyn alongside a number of renowned therapists and physicians. Allison specializes in the rehabilitation of soft tissue and orthopedic traumas in the upper extremity and is an expert in custom fabrication of static and dynamic splints.

After 21 years practicing in New York City, she returned to Lincoln and joined Lincoln Orthopedic Physical Therapy in 2018.

Allison is fluent in Spanish. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and spending time with family.
