Lance graduated from Hastings College in 1998 with a Biology/Psychology degree. He then went onto Physical Therapy school in North Carolina at Elon University. He graduated with his Masters Degree in 2001. After practicing for 5 years he returned to Elon University where he would earn his Doctorate Degree. Shortly thereafter he became an Orthopedic Certified Specialist for 10 years.
Lance has 20+ years of experience in outpatient orthopedics with special interest in post-operative care and rehabilitation, general orthopedics, and sports medicine. In addition to practicing as a physical therapist, Lance has also been an assistant high school football coach for nearly 20 years. Being a former collegiate football player and having coached high school athletes for many years, Lance relates well with those navigating from injury looking to return to competition.
Outside of work, Lance enjoys following his kids' activities with his wife Angela and visiting his family farm and ranch where he enjoys hunting with his boys. They have 3 children Ty, Grant, and Lauren.
