Sharee Petersen received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Anschutz Medical Campus in Denver, CO in 2016 and Bachelors in Exercise, Nutrition, and Health Science from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. Sharee worked as a physical therapist in Colorado for 4 years specializing in sports rehabilitation, prior to moving to Lincoln, NE in 2020. The majority of her experience is with high school and collegiate athletes, as well as the recreational adult. She is passionate about treating the adolescent athlete in various orthopedic injuries and conditions.

Sharee is board certified as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and is a Certified Sports Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). She is certified in level 1 and 2 functional dry needling (FDN) through KinetaCore and blood flow restriction (BFR) through Owens Recovery. She is also certified in taping through RockTape and an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)-Orthopedics section.

In her free time, Sharee enjoys playing recreational volleyball, basketball, golfing, biking, pickleball, backpacking, and snowboarding. She also loves spending time with her husband and dog.
